This role offers the opportunity to help shape how basketball is experienced across social media, creating engaging, social-first content that drives conversation, fandom, and community engagement around the sport.<br><br><strong>The Role<br></strong>As a Content Creator you will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging social-first content across DAZN social channels, helping bring the biggest moments from the sport closer to fans. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, strong basketball knowledge, and excellent editorial judgement. <br><br><strong><em>Salary Range: $66,500. This is hybrid role which will be based mostly on site from our New York office.<br><br></em></strong><strong>What You'll Be Doing:<br><br></strong><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong><ul><li>Create and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.</li><li>Cover live basketball games and produce content in real time around key moments and fan conversations.</li><li>Self-shoot, present, and appear on camera regularly as part of the content output.</li><li>Edit high-quality vertical video content with fast turnaround times.</li><li>Clip live game footage and transform key moments into engaging social content.</li><li>Lead on reactive, personality-led content during live games and key basketball events.</li><li>Identify trends and turn them into engaging basketball storytelling.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Social Manager and wider social team to execute content plans.</li><li>Contribute creative ideas and new formats to evolve the basketball social presence.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What You'll Bring:<br><br></strong><strong>What You'll Bring</strong><ul><li>Proven experience creating engaging social-first content (portfolio required).</li><li>Strong passion for basketball, with extensive knowledge of basketball culture.</li><li>Excellent on-camera presence and confidence presenting content regularly.</li><li>Advanced skills in filming, editing, and producing content end-to-end.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.</li><li>Ability to work quickly and effectively in fast-paced, live-event environments.</li><li>Creative, proactive mindset with strong execution skills.</li><li>Fluent English (spoken and written) essential.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>Benefits include access to DAZN, up to 15 days of paid time off, health benefits (including dental & eye care), a sick time package, parental leave offering, voluntary benefits (such as basic life term, personal accident and short and long-term disability covering) and a 401(k) retirement plan.
