Engineer Controller

We are recruiting for experienced Engineer Schedulers (Controllers) to work in our Head Office in Houghton Regis. The role is to lead a team of 10-12 trades people (roofers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers) and act as their main point of contact. Liaising with tenants, they raise property repair jobs and allocate to the correct trade. Communication, organisation and problem-solving are some of the key skills required for this role.
