Harbor Freight Tools’ (“HFT”) Lease Administration Team is responsible for: (i) timely abstraction and maintenance of all executed Lease documents, (ii) ensuring monthly rents and other expenses are paid in a timely manner, and (iii) ensuring the annual reconciliations are processed in a timely manner.
