About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant with strong functional and configuration expertise in SAP Real Estate Management. You will support the project in designing, configuring, and optimizing real estate processes, with a particular focus on German VAT-related requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process experts, and technical teams in an international project environment. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, configure, and implement SAP RE-FX solutions in line with business requirements</li><li>Configure and optimize Input Tax Distribution (Â§ 15 (4) UStG) in SAP RE-FX</li><li>Configure and support Input Tax Correction (Â§ 15a UStG), including the related processes and periodic runs</li><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications</li><li>Support testing activities, including test case preparation, execution, and defect resolution</li><li>Advise stakeholders on best practices and compliance-relevant aspects of RE-FX processes</li><li>Prepare documentation, including functional specifications and configuration guides</li><li>Support workshops with business and process experts, onsite where required</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and interface requirements</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as an SAP RE-FX consultant, with strong functional and configuration knowledge in SAP Real Estate Management</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise in SAP RE-FX Input Tax Distribution (Â§ 15 (4) UStG)</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise in SAP RE-FX Input Tax Correction (Â§ 15a UStG)</li><li>Solid understanding of the integration of RE-FX with FI (e.g., FI-AA, FI-AP/AR) and related SAP modules</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage business stakeholders, process experts, and technical teams</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner in a remote setup</li><li>Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional project environment</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Experience with Service Charge Settlement in SAP RE-FX</li><li>Experience with technical interfaces to/from external systems, such as Planon</li><li>Knowledge of German</li></ul> What We Offer<ul><li>Interesting project in an international environment</li><li>Flexible, primarily remote working model</li><li>Part-time engagement (approx. 2 days/week) with clear scope, freelance/contractor</li></ul> Please mention the word **CHEAPER** and tag RMTA2LjAuNjIuODU= when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTA2LjAuNjIuODU=).
